keep your friends close, but keep your enemies closer
So I got moved backed to my original cubicle a few days ago. You see...I was temporarily moved to another cubicle which was bigger and this infuriated the person that I was originally sitting near. Apparently, she's been here for awhile but they've been moving her around a lot lately. She used to have a whole office to herself but now she's been demoted to a cubicle. Ha ha ha. That's just sad. Anyways...when I got the bigger cubicle, she tried to cause a ruckus with my boss who had to calm her down because I was only there temporary cause the computer there had a printer which I needed for my primary tasks. But I'm back in the old 'hood and I now get to listen to her bitch about the people jerking her around and her phone conversations with her boy in college because the kid's having trouble sleeping. Even though I can only hear her side of the conversation, I'm assuming he's a whiner and I'm quickly hating her and her son. And I really don't know why she needed an office to herself. All she does is play solitaire and make presentations all day. Oh. My bad. And she reads the news headlines online too.
So my nose is all runny from being out last night without a jacket. Sometimes you just really need to listen when your parents say that it's cold outside and you should wear a jacket. It was the SigEp "Studio 54" party last night and it was pretty darn fun even though I had one beer and chilled the whole time. It was nice seeing the bro's again and staring at the girls dressed all 70's style. Some girls were wearing them "hot pants" and it was pretty fuckin hot. Holy shit! I just got scared right now. I was busy typing about the aforementioned hot pants when someone came from behind me and said, "Are you sure you know what you're doing?" (An no Berto and Rex...it wasn't said in the way that it sounds in your heads right now) I turn around and it was just my brother-in-law's dad who also works at UCLA. Thought I got caught typing in this bad boy. But back to the story...hot pants are fuckin hot. There were also some hot girls there, but I'm shy so I left them alone. Once again. Nevertheless, I had fun last night from just hanging out and dressing up in my disco clothes. What sucks about attending such parties is that when you leave you get all nostalgic about the college life. Not necessarily attending classes and the homework cause John John will testify that I never did these things. Cause I'm pretty sure I didn't. But I miss the social aspects like the parties on Thursdays and seeing your friends everyday. Or living with them and hanging out with your roommates (I just want to take this moment to give a shoutout to my old roommates at 161. yeahYER!) Oh well...at least I have work to look forward to. Oh dear god.
So far it's a slow day at work. It was cool this morning cause there was no traffic and I left 15 minutes later than usual and still got to work at 7:30. Goddamn. Also, my boss doesn't come in on Fridays so today I will work "diligently". And by "diligent", I'm being sarcastic cause I just wrote this really long entry while working.

So right now you are doing the same thing as if you were still in college! Absolutely nothing, but damn your grades don't reflect that, you lucky bastard!!! Damn, you and your GPA boost!
