are there management parables?

i have a new goal in life. to one day compete in the ninja warrior competition. i think if i i can make it to the third stage i would be quite impressed with myself.

after your training is complete we can fight.. i'm a wizard myself... never fought a ninja warrior before... if i can keep my mana up i think it'll be a good fight....
